We are a family owned Fitness Center and Tanning Salon in Richlands, NC. We offer a wide variety of fun and challenging Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, Weight Loss and Nutrition Classes and Personal Training as well as Cybex Weight Machines, Free Weights, Cybex and Life Fitness Elliptical trainers and Treadmills. Tan in our 10, 15 or 20 minute ETS Tanning Beds with Extreme Face Tanners. We also offer a full line of tanning lotions and supplies.
